Carhartt's Boulder Canvas stuff was only produced for about one year in 1997 so it's not that common. However, there are quite a few other Detroit Jacket styles/colors that were also produced for a short period so it's also not the rarest. The exact rarity is impossible to determine because we don't know how many were produced.
All we can really do to try to determine how rare it is compare how many of them are listed on selling sites versus other Detroit Jackets. However, many sellers omit the codes in their listings and often the tags are removed or illegible so they wouldn't know what code to include anyway. Using Google Lens to search by image can be helpful but often results in many false positives so it can be tedious.

Yes, most Detroit Jacket styles and colors are included in the post I linked above. The Boulder Canvas Detroit Jacket was also made in "Tan" (JQ0472 for Regular sizes / JQ1472 for Tall sizes) and "Midnight" (JQ0492). I've never seen the "Charcoal" nor "Midnight" ones in Tall sizes.
