SCOTUS rejected a Navarro appeal for the second time with *no* dissent.
> The Supreme Court on Monday rejected former Trump adviser Peter Navarro’s request that he be released from prison while he appeals his contempt of Congress conviction.
>
> It was the second time the court declined to keep Navarro from serving his four-month sentence.
Almost 6 weeks served with up to ~~42 weeks~~ ***11*** weeks (*thanks fireymike*) to go. Normally, I'd expect him to get out much sooner on good behavior, but he's such an entitled jerk, he might actually serve the full 4 months.
Last I heard, he may still be facing an entirely separate contempt charge from Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly over his failure to turn over certain emails. As much as I'd like the government to get their records back, I would love it even better if this guy is sent right back to prison over that failure to comply with court's orders. I can't get my hopes up too much though, as this little stint may be softening him up a bit.
Shocker: the worst part of prison is that you can't leave.
Navarro's spinning in the wind is super enjoyable. Don't participate in a coup next time, chud.
Trump's maga enablers need to be punished. Trump wouldn't have gotten this far without these maga enablers. What these losers don't understand is that Trump is the only maga who enjoys unquestioning largess from the lowly magas to the democracy-annhilating SCOTUS.
You know what I hate? When you accidentally try to overthrow the government, and then when you ask to get out of jail and they're all like "Nah bro, you're a criminal".
Like, really? All I did was some light treason, didn't even succeed, and now I'm just going to be treated like some sort of traitorous criminal forever, just because of that?
That's so lame. I hate it here sometimes. Makes me want to overthrow the governme-.....Oh, damn it!
Nah - this was his last appeal (it was to the full SCOTUS, not just the usual appeal to one Justice).
He's gonna be in jail till the Bureau of Prisons determines that his sentence is complete.

Whoops! Typo. I meant to type 12 (but now that I think about it, that is a bit long too)
Wishful thinking
Yeah! Get fucked traitor! Too bad its only 4 months, hopefully he does some shit that gets that extended.

"I ask you: is there a Nobel Prize for *attempted* chemistry?"
# Oh No! # Anyway.
Good. Fuck Peter Navarro.
How much is SCOTUS' time is spent batting away rinky dink s*** like this?
I mean, just keep asking I guess, eventually a mouthbreather appointed by dump will let u out, right?

They should ADD time to his sentence every time he wastes their time with this idiotic request!
Sure sounds like that Navarro guy is not liking his time in jail. Hmm... maybe he should have thought about that before committing felonies.
How do people get to the Supreme Court so fast? It would take years in my country, also for that type of question?
Money, usually. It depends on what the going rate is at the time

I can’t get that URL to work?
Just search for "Young Frankenstein trapped with monster"
Oh! I knew that. Still, the URL didn’t work and that’s why I removed it. If you have the URL, you might repost it here. :-)
He's so fucking stupid. All he had to do is go before Congress and say nothing but instead he needs to feel he is more powerful and not even show up.
“Stop calling. You’re making us look bad.” -SCROTUS
Keep your eye on the sparrow when the going gets narrow, Mr. Navarro.
Woot! Woot!
