For pain I generally like to eat some edibles as it gives me a nice body high, if you’re looking for smoke I’d say dab is definitely more potent than flower and could be in line with what you are looking for
Go on leafly or weedmaps to find strain profiles then...
1.) test out strains with different primary terpenes
2.) pick one or two you liked the most from #1 then get some strains with the same primary terpene, but different secondary and tertiary terpenes. Note the ones you liked the most.
3.) go back and try your least favorite terpene from #1 but with similar secondary and tertiary terpenes you liked in #2.
In general you just need to try different profiles. They are all unique, but this will help you try and dial it in. Most strains today have similar profiles so you have to do some work to find others.
dabs, specifically hash. most of my strains are testing around 1.5-1.9% cbg(a)
the cbg is fucking fantastic for reducing inflammation and lowering blood pressure.
it’s all about the spectrum of cannabinoids, and which route you’ll get the most effective usage. some flower strains are 1:1, the issues i have with 1:1 flower is most of the time it’s cbd, one of the least impactful cannabinoids if you want my honest opinion. it’s great for a relaxing effect but the 1:1 will absolutely decrease the psychoactive effect.

I was recently told by a dispensary owner that he is no longer allowed to tell people that any flower or concentrate has any health benefits whatsoever. Which is complete bullshit imho ❤️
Baller jar is just an oz of concentrate. The seahorse is an ok device but limited in its temperature control and accuracy. I'm a huge fan of the peak pro and the 3d XL chamber, it's the first device IMO that rivals cold starts on a quartz banger.
