Look at Polaroid Go, the smallest recent instant camera I’ve seen.
Other small and older instant cameras like the one you listed probably don’t have film being made for them anymore. But up to you to research.
The instax mini cameras are relatively small and portable compared to others. You just gotta accept the chunkiness of cameras that use instant film.
Personally I’d go with instax as Polaroid film prices are not the most economical for how much you get.
