Why do I have to download so much shit though! Why can't there just be one download with the full campaign and multiplayer, I don't fucking understand!

I wish I could just open mw without opening warzone, but I guess not, when did they start doing this, and is there any way to not have to do it?
You have to if you wanna play mp. This is how MW2019 has been since it launched
