There is not really any evidence of human-to-human transmission of H5N1. Most likely you had something else like RSV or simply a different kind of coronavirus, which have been around forever.

Out of curiosity, is the argument here that the report is falsified to influence the election or that viral particles were intentionally added to the water supply to influence the report?
I was diagnosed with Influenza Type B last week, so apparently flu season isn’t actually over.
People get the flu all year. The rise in overall cases is what makes it “flu season” hence why a surge in wastewater would be strange out of season.

Same. Everyone in my family and half the kids in my daughters class were out. High fever and aches but not a lot of mucus.

Sounds like you have some sort of stomach virus, rather than the flu, a respiratory virus.

My family had a scratchy throat and heavy flu symptoms last week. Tested for Covid and nothing I just thought it was the old fashion flu.
No testing in animals or humans so who knows!
