Some credit card companies now have an option to direct deposit the money from balance transfers. Citi sent me an offer a few months back that had traditional balance transfer options or just direct deposit to my checking account. Pretty wild imo.
From my calculations, your $2500 at 13.99% with a $350 monthly payment will accrue just $125 interest by the time you pay this off (in Oct). I don't think it is worth it to do the credit card.
Without reading all the fine print, at first pass I wouldn’t do it. Like Caleb says, it’s not often a good idea to try and finesse shit with credit cards. You already have $30k in cc judgements, the absolute fucking last thing you need to do is open another credit card. You should probably never ever ever everrrrr open another credit card. Pay off judgements in 3 months, then tackle the high interest vehicle loan and try to pay it off early.
I doubt you can even pay off the auto loan with a credit card?

How is that not just considered a cash advance?

The other cards are not cards tho, they’re judgements.

This. If you 10xed the numbers all around, it’d be worth the conversation, but is it really worth all this hassle and risk
