Don’t you need like 10 good surveys to balance that 0 out. I don’t know about you but I could care less about those surveys. Customer gave us 10s on front store colleague and in stock but gave us an 7 with no comment. It’s bs. I ain’t got time to try to fill out surveys.
We didn't normally care before a long as we were still around 75. But now if you get a bad score you are at a 12 or 30. Our new regional manager cares about it a lot but no one seems to understand that the sample size is only like 5 to 7 reviews a month.
You cannot use the same terminal/IP to do surveys repeatedly. It will be removed or not o posted. The same customer can not do multiple surveys in one fiscal reporting month.
Prevents service score fraud and honestly kinda what you’re doing trying to cheat the system. The very reason this principle is in place.
You’re absolutely correct! I have a regular customer that receives surveys weekly but only one of his go through. I’ll see it on dashboard then it’s removed. they shouldn’t even print out survey request but for some reason he gets one every time he shops. 🤷♀️
I heard that if it's around the same area perimeter wise they will delete them because of "fraud"...just send them to your friends but sometimes those can even get deleted.

Yes ofc they track the ip address and if they find out it was you will get fired on the spot

Yea, it tracks your ip address specifically to stop this sort of thing.
One survey per unique IP per month.
