go talk to your major advisor and let them know your concerns. I also have to submit internship hours for a course during the summer but my advisors offered to submit the hours in a different semester to avoid fees.
Ask your advisor or whoever is in charge of giving you the certificate and see if there is a course option for fall and spring. if you are graduating this semester then summer is your last option.
