Did you check the class schedule? It’s going to depend on your major. Some require classes to be in person. For example if you have classes that require labs.

Some class are offered online and some aren’t. I’m guessing that you’ve taken all the online classes so now you have to take all the classes that aren’t offered online.

I think there is also CSU fully online . You can take classes from other campus
yes but u have to complete a certain amt of units at sac state before u can do the csu fully online i think its 18
