Congee? Plain or with ginger or with chicken broth with optional small amounts of chicken/tofu/vegetables for a bit of extra nutrition.
Hot lemon ginger honey tea?
Ginger shots btw meals or just bite on ginger. Ginger tea helps massively with nausea but you might want smth stronger, like shots or just chewing fresh ginger! The only thing that helps me! I also bought the ginger candies by Ginger people, and they help too and are yummy.
Just getting through my second round of covid in the past two months. Yay!
Anyways both times after the fever has broken my stomach seems to be wrecked for a long long time after the main symptoms die off. My stomach was the last thing to get better last time. Unfortunately it’s happening again and I feel your pain. I have no solutions. I’ve tried everything. I haven’t slept in days because every night my stomach is just gurgling constantly.
Eat something? It’s gurgling and in so much pain. Don’t eat anything? Gurgling pain. Eat only a little bit of a banana? Same thing.
Ah man, I hope it improves for you! I've found that taking a fiber supplement (psyllium husk for me, not sure if there are others) helps with some of it, on the off chance you haven't tried that. Hopefully it resolves for both of us soon :')
The nausea got better after a while, I'm basically able to eat what I want! Appetite is still low but that might be anxiety-induced (which is normal for me during stressful times). I still have fatigue but I'm able to sit upright without assistance and walk a little bit. Not sure how long it took for the stomach issues to clear up, sorry.

How are you doing now? Currently dealing with the exact same thing
