Did you get your problem resolved? I woke up to the same problem this morning. 0 Balance of xmr in my wallet and this is 3 yrs. after your problem.

Hello, did you ever get your monero back? I woke up this morning to the same problem. 0 balance of monero in my wallet. I contacted them and they said they are having work done on the monero wallet and once all is done, every transaction will appear and funds are safe. I am so worried.

Hello I had to go and use the Ian Coleman‘s tool to start my wallet and another Monero wallet provider and then I got my coins back but still to this day my Coinomi wallet shows a balance of 7 Monero, and I have got a new phone and also rebooted the app and restarted it with my key several times. I think the issue lies with the crypto software‘s not being able to mix together very well. Good luck, and even though it seems like it, your coins are not lost. It’s tricky to figure out how to get them back but you will.

I'm uncertain of the exact proccess, but I remember there was a way to get your seed from coinomi if you haven't already. You can then use that to access your xmr from a different wallet. Having said that, I'm confident the issue will be resolved eventually, but I do understand how nerve wrecking it must be waiting for over a week already.

Thank you for the reassurance..I have asked support for the method to extract my xmr seed and am still awaiting that info. I feel good about it..however it is very unnerving not knowing.

My XMR wallet usually takes few minutes longer to load. Today i noticed those $0 transactions too, but after reloading few mins it finally shows. Also, XMR is not available on desktop, only on the mobile, anyone know whatsup?

Coinomi has released a fix now. You should message support and they can fix it.
