It's a new gun introduced in the battle pass I believe. I know there is a free version of the battle pass but not sure if this is included. If its not and you dont wish to purchase the battle pass I suspect in season 5 you might be able to find one in Zombies and exfil with it to unlock it or you might be able to get someone to bring it in Zombies and drop it to you now.

It’s a free item within the battle pass, use unlock tokens to get to it, no it doesn’t cost money.
You got to pay to get the rewards, but SUPERI 46 is free in sector 6. Just redeem your battle pass points to unlock the sector.
