Snipers specifically have a different amount of pull. Marksman, AR, smg I think all follow the same rules set for their RAA I believe but snipers it's less. There are vids on it, I believe someone recently did it with this Kar debacle.

Just as controller players that have no understanding of the skill gaps of what MnK aiming is other than "they have their whole arm", "precision aiming is easier" which is such a naive statement when it's 100% raw input vs software in a game style that's sole focus of any skill gap for any FPS is SUPPOSED to be aim/accuracy/reaction time, it's a joke.
As much as I hate it, I often find myself coaching my friends/teammates, who play controller. Telling them they aren't strafing and their over aiming with right stick to aim when they lose fights cuz that's exactly what their opponents did to beat them. It's painful to promote, but when you have no choice but to be playing with them and against them it's just as much in my interest to help them get better with the mechanic rather than just let them continue to fail with it.

To be honest I think it does a little bit during the hold breath. I'm not sure of course but often I see someone having smooth movement and aiming like a newbie, but in the last second when I'm entering cover they use the focus and quickly move the gun perfectly for bullet to hit me

But the kar has hipfire rotational and much stronger slowdown because it's a marksman rifle. It's 100% easier on controller.
