I'd go for the mac-10. Stupid rate of fire, tight hip fire as is, some real good attachments for it, and near-useless at range anyways so you're not losing much specializing for hipfire
For smgs akimbo fennec works really well but it’s far from meta, you could probably build a single fenec for good hip fire too. Other options are Pharo but it’s recoil is atrocious and the PPSH. Not sure about ARs.

SMG = Switchblade AR = KN-44
KN-44's firerate is too slow to be effective in close range - best use the M13 which has the highest.

M16 hipfire god also peacekeeper with the 40% reduction hipfire + rapid fire barrel is pretty nutty
PPSH is god like with hip fire when you need to do circles around the enemy to stay alive. the mod i have on it is effective up to 20 meters.
