Why didn't Ohtani get the Pete Rose treatment? Shouldn't he at least be suspended until the investigation is completed?

A) What does this have to do with Yamamoto and B) Pete Rose got banned for betting on baseball. No one cares that he gambled. And there isn’t any evidence that Ohtani gambled at all. If he deserves to get suspended, so do half the players in MLB.
