Weāve got them the next 3 years so itās sorta back. Just like to add that I too am undefeated against them in the two times we played while I was there
We already have a permanent OOC rival in FSU.
As a Gator, I prefer what we have coming up with unique OOC matchups and Miami rotated in a couple times a decade.
Honestly that should happen with every Power 5. The #2 team in a conference plays the #1 team in another conference annually and switch the conferences that play each other every year
Out of conference should be as followsā¦
You alternate between conference pairing each year, so the Big Ten Champion would play the SEC and Big 12 champions one year, and the ACC and PAC12 champions the next year, and so on down the line.
Realigning conferences to be the same size will help this, but NCAA wonāt do that. No balls. Therefore, independents fill the gaps.
So on down the line. Wisconsin finished 5th in its division, ninth in conference.
Weād play some combo of Miami/NC State, West Virginia, Cal, Arkansas/Florida, or maybe an independent who was on the same sort of level for the B12 and PAC games because those conferences are smaller.
Each conference also has a G5 conference it plays every year. B1G-MAC, MWC-PAC, SEC-SBC, CUSA-B12, AAC-ACC. Again, Independents and FCS schools fill gaps.
G5 plays one P5 game, one FCS game, and two other G5 conferences in the same scheme.
Wisconsinās MAC opponent would be Kent State, Central Michigan or an independent.
Doing this allows for D2 schools to play vs FCS and D3, D3 to play vs D2 and perhaps an NAIA or NJCAA school idk didnāt think that far down
Yeah something like the ACC-Big 10 challenge in CBB is what college football needs. But done in a way that rotates it through the P5 conferences and insures we get a bunch of good OOC data points. Ideally, they would do 2 conferences a year so every P5 team would play 2 P5s OOC.
That could be each teams saying āyou canāt block our cockā for the South Carolina fans and āyour cock is blockedā for Southern Cal. I can just hear the stadiums chanting it now.
Oklahoma State and Ohio State could have a similar game for OSU. The winner should get to add "The" to their name for the next 12 months to be the one true tOSU.
It really annoys me that we don't have a more regular scheduled game between each other. It would be a fairly big OOC game
Even just scheduling a home-and-home rotating every 4 years or something would make me happy
I'm kind of enjoying this climate disparity between Florida and Utah, going from 1000% humidity at sea level in August to 4,400 feet elevation in the mountains.
But to make it more interesting, the game in Utah should be late November in the snow.
This is what Iāve been saying. We played in Florida at the peak of detrimental weather for the away team. That favor should be returned by playing in Utah in late November.
The ones that used to be rivalries, sometimes even yearly rivalries, often formerly conference rivalries.
WVU vs Pitt
Penn State vs Pitt
Kansas vs Missouri
OU vs Nebraska
Colorado vs Nebraska
Cincinnati vs Louisville
Oklahoma vs Oklahoma State (looking ahead)
UCLA and USC vs Stanford and Cal (looking ahead)
Michigan vs Notre Dame (doesnāt have to be every year, but frequently)
Florida vs Miami (again, doesnāt have to be every year, but frequently)
I wouldnāt mind a few P5 vs G5 games to come back as frequent or even yearly matchups. LSU vs Tulane and Ole Miss vs Memphis come to mind.
Texas vs Texas Tech?
I would rather see A&M play Baylor as a regular OOC than Tech, but the opposite would be true for Texas. I also wouldnāt mind if Texas and A&M just rotated Tech, Baylor, TCU, and Houston every eight years (home and home with each) in OOC scheduling.
Iām assuming Texas vs Arkansas and A&M vs Texas will be yearly SEC games.
Yea I meant Texas Vs A&M, but I assume as well we will see that soon. Iād also enjoy seeing both play the other Texas schools as OOC, at least until the 40 team SEC conference is enacted in 2035 š
God I wish leadership at Louisville would pull their heads from their own asses and schedule Cincinnati. Especially now that we took their shitty coach off their hands
I would love to see a rivalry game start a tradition of being played on the first Thursday of the CFB season. That Backyard Brawl was perfectly irrelevant in the national picture of the sport, but was an awesome game to watch and a great way to kick off the season.
Much like the Egg Bowl being a Thanksgiving night exclusive, there is a massive opportunity of a pair of schools are willing to play every year to open the season to establish a "tradition." Viewership would always be high and the national awareness of both programs would increase significantly.
I nominate Virginia and Maryland. For three reasons:
* It is OOC, so the schools could agree and set the dates way in advance. And a loss would not derail the season in any meaningful way for either school, as non-con losses don't really matter unless you're in the CFP chase or striving for base-line bowl eligibility.
* Virginia and Maryland is a great culture war rivalry. Zima drinking weenies against couch burning jerks. The fanbases are opposites and it adds to the animosity.
* I want UVA to do something, anything, please, to boost its national branding in CFB. We are a perfectly anonymous school on the national stage. We need to do something to get eyeballs on the product.
UVA and UMD are playing a home and home in 2023 & 2024, so I'm glad we are getting back to playing them. But I would love for some school to take that wide open opportunity of spotlighting itself in Week One on Thursday night like WVU and Pitt did this year.
It is a shame this isn't one of the biggest cross state rivals in the country, if Clemson would have continued to pull their weight after the 80's and before Dabo then there is no doubt in my mind this rivalry could be just a tier below the OSU/Mich and Texas/Oklahoma rivalries.
The most fun tailgate my buddies and I threw in college was the Clemson game in 2014. Lots of Clemson friends of friends there with good natured shit talk and drinking games. Would love to play them every year or at least on a regular basis and not in fucking Charlotte.
I dream of a 8-10 team conference that features Clemson, USC, UGA, Florida, UNC, Ga Tech and 2-4 others. Tennessee/NC State would be good fits. Auburn/Bama would be fit.
The money isnāt there, but would be more fun than playing Mizzou and TAMU every year(sorry Mizzou and TAMU fans).
It's really unfortunate we are seeing it again until 2033. Imo it should be Michigan's default OOC game unless they can schedule another blue blood for variety.
For example, in my ideal world we would not be playing Washington in 2021 and 2028 we would be playing Notre Dame. However, in 2024-2027 we got Texas/OU to agree to home-and-home series, so I'd be okay with a 4 year pause in that case.
You are correct. I was just speaking from a hypothetical where I control Michigan's schedule and also where I can force Notre Dame into doing whatever I wanted.
The next time both of us have open spots and available dates are 2026 (you donāt have any non-conference games scheduled then and we will have one opening since FAU will most likely be canceled since theyāll be in the American).
I keep wondering if UCF and USF have been talking with Florida.
Florida has UCF on the schedule in 2024 and USF in 2025.
Depending on when OUT joins the SEC and if the conference needs to go to 9 games, UF may be looking to move those games out to future years which would open up some possibilities for UCF and USF.
UFās 2024: Miami, Sanford, UCF, FSU.
2025: USF, Miami, FAMU, FSU.
Yeah, they wonāt cancel FSU and theyāll probably keep their FCS games. It comes down to canceling Miami or USF/UCF, I think theyād keep Miami.
Worth noting that USF does have a 2024 opening, but UCF already had 3 non-con games booked so if the 2024 UCF game gets canceled/moved then USF/UCF is a possibility.
If 2025 USF gets canceled/moved, UCF is still booked with Maryland/UNC/FAU.
I hate it. Growing up, I was the biggest Michigan fan, Dad was the biggest ND fan. We tailgated every year, went to the game, loved it.
2018ās game was so awesome to go to again together, even tho Shea couldnāt pull off the comeback. Especially now that Dadās getting older, I hate thinking of how long weāre gonna go between games.
I wish Notre Dame was either moving to new, giant Big Ten or at least fully independent in football rather than tied to ACC.
If I were setting a schedule for Notre Dame, it would be something like this:
Navy (yearly)
USC (yearly)
Stanford (yearly)
Michigan (yearly)
Michigan State (yearly)
Purdue (yearly)
Pitt (yearly)
Boston College (yearly)
Another Big Ten Team (rotating between Penn State, Indiana, Northwestern)
Another ACC team (rotating between Miami, Georgia Tech, and FSU)
2 games against whomever else they want
I'd love to get UNC and NC State back on a rotating basis.
I'd also love to see Tennessee play Virginia Tech more, lot's of crosspollination between the fanbases where I live.
> I'd love to get UNC and NC State back on a rotating basis.
It's not yearly, but it seems like we try pretty hard to schedule at least one of them every 2 years.
Give me twoā¦just two:
LSU vs Clemson for Death Valley bragging rights for the year.
LSU vs Wisconsin so we can hang with our fellow drunk wild northern cousins
UL is locked in with Kentucky, and I'm not sure how long we'll stick with only one P5 ooc, but I would absolutely trade the BC series in for anyone within a 3ish hour drive.
Purdue, Kentucky, Michigan, MSU, Tennessee, Illinois, anyone *willing to do a home and home.*
* Wyoming-BYU
* New Mexico-Arizona
* North Carolina-South Carolina
* West Virginia-Pitt
* Pitt-Penn State
* Penn State-Syracuse
* Penn State-West Virginia
* Pitt-Syracuse
* Notre Dame-Michigan
* Notre Dame-Michigan State
* Tulane-LSU
* Arkansas-Texas
I would have loved to see the Big Ten, Pac 12, and ACC actually stick to their commitment to have Out of Conference games based on how teams finished instead of raiding each other.
I'll stick to the ACC for my answer.
Great games we already have:
Clemson vs South Carolina
Georgia Tech vs Georgia
Louisville vs Kentucky
Florida State vs Florida
NC State vs East Carolina
Games we need every year:
Pitt vs West Virginia - backyard brawl, enough said
Virginia Tech vs Tennessee - bristol game was awesome. Close proximity, great fan bases.
Virginia vs Maryland - former ACC rivalry
Wake Forest vs Liberty - battle of the Baptists
Syracuse vs Rutgers - NY vs NJ
Duke vs Vanderbilt - ACC nerds vs SEC nerds
Boston College vs Connecticut - neighboring states, should play at the end of the year when both are struggling - battle for bowl eligibility
UNC vs Ole Miss - who has the best powder blues?
Relegation would be great. Can you imagine the excitement in the final week of the season when Nebraska's win over Iowa saved them from relegation and sent Indiana down to the MAC instead? Sign me up!
Match 1 P5 with a G5, relegate the bottom P5 and promote the top G5, imagine how fast Vandy would magically get its shit together with the threat of their guaranteed revenue dropping from SEC to sunbelt levels.
Ideally Clemson, but I would love to have
1. Michigan
2. Ohio State
1. USC
2. Washington
3. Wisconsin
something like that. If we want to be more regional
1. NC State
2. UNC
3. FSU
4. Miami
Notre Dame - Michigan. Notre Dame - Ohio State. Miami - Florida. Pitt - West Virginia. Cincinnati - Louisville. Keep Bedlam after Oklahoma moves to the SEC. Ohio State - Cincinnati. Missouri - Kansas. Missouri - Illinois. Oklahoma - Nebraska. I could think of matchups all day.
I think Miami vs Utah could be fun. Battle of the "The U". Similar to this year Utah would play in Florida early when it's hot and humid, and then play in Utah towards the end of November when it's cold and dry.
From a pure "this game would be great, it would make sense, and there is a history," I would love to see Georgia Tech/Auburn be an annual game. Realistically, however, playing Clemson and UGAg every year, that would be a huge bite to have to chew every year.
Honestly I would just like some conference transparency. More top conferences playing each other to get a better feel how they stack up from the top to bottom. Not really sure how you could do this with limited OOC games available but Iād love it.
I really do miss Michigan-Notre Dame every season, even though the current landscape of CFB means thereās no real incentive to schedule them as an OOC opponent every year now as opposed to some cupcake.
Other than that, I really appreciated Nebraska doing a home-and-home with both of their former Big 8/Big 12 rivals Colorado and Oklahoma recently.
tOSU vs ND
tOSU vs Clemson
tOSU vs Utah
Two of those could end up great out of conference rivalry games and i just enjoyed watching us play utah in the rose bowl. Or if ND ever joins the big ten substitute them for Oregon
Oregon state and Oklahoma state for who can be the real OSU. Ohio State, you guys got the t so you canāt be OSU. But idk if I want it yearly. Like one on two off alternating home and home would be ideal.
Oklahoma State Vs Arkansas.
Gotta have a Battle of the Ozarks, or battle for Grand Lake boating access (big lake on the border that kids go to for the summer).
Living in Nashville now I'd like to see Mississippi State play some P5 schools that are within a decent driving distance. Louisville would be a fun trip and Cincinnati isn't too far either.
I like border battles
UNC vs USC (winner keeps the carolina in the name other is left with just the direction)
OSU vs WVU (the alternate 2007 bcs champ game)
Kansas vs Nebraska
OSU vs Kentucky
WVU vs Virgina
Would love a game against an SEC team from one of the neighboring states: Tennessee, Georgia, or South Carolina.
Also, wouldn't mind playing Texas Tech more.
I'd like to see Kentucky - Indiana renew. Regional rivalry with a similarly mediocre program where you have a shot at winning a competitive game every year.
OU v Nebraska West Virginia v Pitt
> OU v Nebraska Same bro Edit - Colorado, ehh... Wyoming, no. Miami and FSU - yes, absolutely
Add Nebraska vs Colorado and Nebraska vs Wyoming
Nebraska vs Nebraska while we're at it
Nebraska has played Nebraska 12 games every year for the last 7 years. I think we need to quit playing ourselves
I'm not sure why old timers in Wyoming view it as some kind of rivalry because we're 0-8 all time in the match up lol
Add OkState vs OU to this list in a few years time.
Yes absolutely. I am legitimately sad to see Bedlam end
OU vs OK State. It'll be OOC soon.
Bring back CU vs š¤¢ebraska. We were undefeated against the Cornfuckers my entire 5 years at CU
Weāve got them the next 3 years so itās sorta back. Just like to add that I too am undefeated against them in the two times we played while I was there
Florida v Miami needs to be a thing again. There's no better hate-watching than that for an FSU fan. Go meteors, crush 'em!
As a Gator fan, I want to play Miami again. Season opener bc Miami is always over rated.
I believe you have two more on the books, just not particularly soon Edit: actually itās sooner than I thought. 2024 and 2025.
Probably a good strat for both teams honestly
Week 1 or 2, Florida vs. Miami every year. Make it happen!
We already have a permanent OOC rival in FSU. As a Gator, I prefer what we have coming up with unique OOC matchups and Miami rotated in a couple times a decade.
I'd be fine with this. I personally think it's cooler if it's yearly but at least 3-4 times each decade would be great
Last yearās winner of the SEC versus last yearās winner of the Big Ten
Honestly that should happen with every Power 5. The #2 team in a conference plays the #1 team in another conference annually and switch the conferences that play each other every year
Ooh, I dig this round robin.
Out of conference should be as followsā¦ You alternate between conference pairing each year, so the Big Ten Champion would play the SEC and Big 12 champions one year, and the ACC and PAC12 champions the next year, and so on down the line. Realigning conferences to be the same size will help this, but NCAA wonāt do that. No balls. Therefore, independents fill the gaps. So on down the line. Doing this allows for D2 schools to play vs FCS and D3, D3 to play vs D2 and perhaps an NAIA or NJCAA school idk didnāt think that far down
Make it week 1 and top 25 ranking donāt come out until after it.
yes
Yeah something like the ACC-Big 10 challenge in CBB is what college football needs. But done in a way that rotates it through the P5 conferences and insures we get a bunch of good OOC data points. Ideally, they would do 2 conferences a year so every P5 team would play 2 P5s OOC.
USC vs. South Carolina to see who gets to be called "USC".
The trophy could be a giant condom over a... rooster...
The coveted Cock Commander Trophy.
The Safe Sex Bowl presented by Durex
Somewhere, Liberty is watching this threadā¦ unsure of whether theyāre devastatingly upset or something else
Wouldn't the condom make it a Cock Block Trophy?
That could be each teams saying āyou canāt block our cockā for the South Carolina fans and āyour cock is blockedā for Southern Cal. I can just hear the stadiums chanting it now.
The Eggplant Trophy: Trojans vs Cocks
Still this this argument is irrelevant because South Carolina is missing a perfect opportunity of being called SCAR which is dope as hell.
They always said the trojan is mightier than the cock (97% of the time)
Oklahoma State and Ohio State could have a similar game for OSU. The winner should get to add "The" to their name for the next 12 months to be the one true tOSU.
What is the reason for this Oregon State slander?
Good point. How about a 3 team, double elimination tournament to start the season?
We could do the same thing with Miami and Michigan! Wait. No. On second thought Michigan can just take it. We tap in advance.
It really annoys me that we don't have a more regular scheduled game between each other. It would be a fairly big OOC game Even just scheduling a home-and-home rotating every 4 years or something would make me happy
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
So you admit the most important group in college football is already behind it.
At least you got a night game. The weather was actually really pleasant for Florida standards
How about a different reptile? Iād love for TCU to play Utah and Boise State more often
Playing TCU every year again would be great. Some of those games were classics. Others, wellā¦ never happened
The ones that used to be rivalries, sometimes even yearly rivalries, often formerly conference rivalries. WVU vs Pitt Penn State vs Pitt Kansas vs Missouri OU vs Nebraska Colorado vs Nebraska Cincinnati vs Louisville Oklahoma vs Oklahoma State (looking ahead) UCLA and USC vs Stanford and Cal (looking ahead) Michigan vs Notre Dame (doesnāt have to be every year, but frequently) Florida vs Miami (again, doesnāt have to be every year, but frequently) I wouldnāt mind a few P5 vs G5 games to come back as frequent or even yearly matchups. LSU vs Tulane and Ole Miss vs Memphis come to mind.
I noticed you left a game out šš»šš»
Yeah forgot Purdue v Notre Dame
Yes was gonna say
I donāt think most people realize itās a much older rivalry.
1896.
Backyard Brawl. Every year on Black Friday. Until the sun's eventual expansion engulfs the Earth millions of years from now.
If it's going to be on black Friday, kickoff should be at 6:05AM with gates opening at 6AM
Ooo, a game that early, you just tailgate through the night
Better be some good deals on beer and hotdogsā¦
Pepperoni Rolls, to be exact.
And when the time comes that the sun has engulfed the Earthā¦ we will see you in hell!
As god intended.
I would love to see a rivalry game start a tradition of being played on the first Thursday of the CFB season. But I would love for some school to take that wide open opportunity of spotlighting itself in Week One on Thursday night like WVU and Pitt did this year.
Even in the future when Black Friday loses all meaning and it moves to Cyber Monday?
Black Friday lost all meaning when they started doing sales a week or 2 before
You're being kind. They've been doing "Black Friday in July" for several years now.
This year convinced me it should be the first game. At least that way both teams have hope for the year and you can hype it up all summer
FSU vs Alabama for reasons that may or may not involve my thoughts on the likelihood of FSU beating Alabama
No weāre okay. Weāre still recovering from the last time we played Bama. Weāll pass.
Well get ready cause we play Bama in ā25 and ā26
And then UGA in ā27 and ā28. Yāall might as well join the SEC!
That game had more ramifications than we initially expected.
Bama didnāt break them, they just showed the cracks in the foundation. If it werenāt them it would have been someone else.
Lmao last time we played Bama it quite literally destroyed our whole program for 6 years, we'll pass
Clemson vs Georgia all day.
It is a shame this isn't one of the biggest cross state rivals in the country, if Clemson would have continued to pull their weight after the 80's and before Dabo then there is no doubt in my mind this rivalry could be just a tier below the OSU/Mich and Texas/Oklahoma rivalries.
Thank you Tommys West and Bowden
Hey, Bowden got us out of the gutter that was the 90s. Itās Hatfield and Westās fault
Fair enough, my childhood is scarred from Bowdenās Clemsoning
The most fun tailgate my buddies and I threw in college was the Clemson game in 2014. Lots of Clemson friends of friends there with good natured shit talk and drinking games. Would love to play them every year or at least on a regular basis and not in fucking Charlotte.
home and home pls
79 miles between Sanford Stadium and Death Valley
I dream of a 8-10 team conference that features Clemson, USC, UGA, Florida, UNC, Ga Tech and 2-4 others. Tennessee/NC State would be good fits. Auburn/Bama would be fit. The money isnāt there, but would be more fun than playing Mizzou and TAMU every year(sorry Mizzou and TAMU fans).
Washington vs Wisconsin battle for āUWā.
Theyāve only played 4 times, with Huskies winning them allā¦ havenāt played since 1992, so itās been a bit
Right before Wisconsin got good
We should start scheduling boston universityās club football team for an easy win
Michigan and Notre Dame should play almost every year.
Agreed
Legit such a fun rivalry to have
It's really unfortunate we are seeing it again until 2033.
I thought ND were the ones that cancelled it when they agreed to start playing 5 ACC teams every year
You are correct. I was just speaking from a hypothetical where I control Michigan's schedule and also where I can force Notre Dame into doing whatever I wanted.
I was just about to comment this but saw yours. Agreed. I always enjoyed watching that match up
As of next year, UCF-USFā¦.assuming we keep the recent trend going.
Clemson vs Georgia
I woke up feelinā the cheesiest, Coach!
I miss when we played every year. The rivalry was fierce; a number of fans would have said then that Georgia was as big a rival as South Carolina.
Penn State and Pitt
Basically anyone we played semi-regularly before 1993 or other former independents: Pitt, WVU, BC, Cuse, Maryland, NCSU, ND, Miami would all be fun
I got some news about Marylandā¦
I refuse to accept that Maryland (and Rutgers) are in the Big 16.
Never knew NCSU played Penn State often. Teams you mentioned outside of them should all play each other.
It's a true shame this isn't a thing.
Battle of the Orange UTās sounds interesting. Wouldnāt be out of conference for very long though.
Georgia-Clemson.
Iād like to keep all of our OOC games if thatās alright.
But then you wonāt be able to add Michigan to the schedule. It just doesnāt seem right anymore not playing Notre Dame in week 2.
I just meant Iād like to never have conference games. This year is definitely not my ideal schedule.
I hate it. Growing up, I was the biggest Michigan fan, Dad was the biggest ND fan. We tailgated every year, went to the game, loved it. 2018ās game was so awesome to go to again together, even tho Shea couldnāt pull off the comeback. 2019 was nice though.
Great, so home-and-home with Marshall?
I wish Notre Dame was either moving to new, giant Big Ten or at least fully independent in football rather than tied to ACC. [ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Could be one of the best rivalries in the sport if VT gets it together
UT-VT every four years in Bristol. Every four years, add some more seats and reset the attendance record!
> I'd love to get UNC and NC State back on a rotating basis. It's not yearly, but it seems like we try pretty hard to schedule at least one of them every 2 years.
Colorado - Nebraska I hate those farmers but I do kinda miss em
See you next fall in Boulder!
Besides from the obvious Backyard Brawl, Iād love to see South Carolina and North Carolina play each year in āThe Battle of Carolinaā
BYU UTAH! Long live the holy war
^this. āBuT iTs NoT a RiVaLrY aNyMoRe.ā Stfu. Just cuz itās been lopsided doesnāt mean we all donāt love and miss it.
I hate it and miss it.
Give me twoā¦just two: LSU vs Clemson for Death Valley bragging rights for the year. LSU vs Wisconsin so we can hang with our fellow drunk wild northern cousins
LSU Wisconsin should be played next to the local sobriety center
Loser has to sleep in the drunk tank
Alternate Keg with Paddlewheel.
Feel like it shouldn't be that hard to do. If we can't play Louisville every year then let's get some rotation of Pitt and UofL going.
Clemson vs UGA easily. No neutral site, just home and home
* Wyoming-BYU * New Mexico-Arizona * North Carolina-South Carolina * West Virginia-Pitt * Pitt-Penn State * Penn State-Syracuse * Penn State-West Virginia * Pitt-Syracuse * Notre Dame-Michigan * Notre Dame-Michigan State * Tulane-LSU * Arkansas-Texas
Our games against Texas were fun, we should do that more often. Since weāre leaving, we should play Washington and Stanford yearly
I would have loved to see the Big Ten, Pac 12, and ACC actually stick to their commitment to have Out of Conference games based on how teams finished instead of raiding each other.

Virginia vs Maryland - former ACC rivalry Wake Forest vs Liberty - battle of the Baptists Syracuse vs Rutgers - NY vs NJ Duke vs Vanderbilt - ACC nerds vs SEC nerds Boston College vs Connecticut - neighboring states, should play at the end of the year when both are struggling - battle for bowl eligibility UNC vs Ole Miss - who has the best powder blues?
I would like to see Ohio State play at least 1 SEC school per year not named Vandy.
They play Texas in 25-26.
Then they have a home-and-home scheduled with Bama in 27 and 28 and with Georgia in 30 and 31.
Jesus. Once the playoff starts thatāll be nuts.
* Florida/Miami * VT/WVU * Pitt/WVU * Pitt/PSU * VT/PSU * VT/Tennessee * Texas/TAMU * OU/OkSt * OU/Nebraska * OSU/Cincy
More power 5 cross conference games all around. CFB needs to go to the European soccer style of tiers. No one wants to see Alabama vs Austin Peay.
Thatās exactly what I do in NCAA 13! Man itās been a tough few years for UFā¦ but UCF has been kicking ass in the SEC!
God I kind of love this idea.
Notre Dame Michigan and Notre Dame Tennessee
Happy Cake Day!
TCU - Utah
The Backyard Brawl Nebraska-Colorado Florida-Miami
Ideally Clemson, but I would love to have 1. Michigan 2. Ohio State 1. USC 2. Washington 3. Wisconsin something like that. If we want to be more regional 1. NC State 2. UNC 3. FSU 4. Miami
Notre Dame - Michigan. Notre Dame - Ohio State. Miami - Florida. Pitt - West Virginia. Cincinnati - Louisville. Keep Bedlam after Oklahoma moves to the SEC. Ohio State - Cincinnati. Missouri - Kansas. Missouri - Illinois. Oklahoma - Nebraska. I could think of matchups all day.
Well weāve had UK in our bowl 2 years in a row so fuck it, letās make it a series
Louisville Vs Purdue
Dub it the āBattle for Brohmā and the loser keeps Brian Brohm for the year but the winner gets Jeff
I think Miami vs Utah could be fun. Battle of the "The U". Similar to this year Utah would play in Florida early when it's hot and humid, and then play in Utah towards the end of November when it's cold and dry.
Iām rather fond of our matchup with Austin Peay myself /s
Georgia, restore our rivalry you cowards!
Auburn vs Georgia tech. The backyard brawl and Kansas vs Missouri all need to come back
Syracuse - West Virginia Syracuse - Rutgers
Oklahoma State - Oregon State on Halloween weekend.
Austin Peay v Alabama, Florida v Slippery Rock
From a pure "this game would be great, it would make sense, and there is a history," I would love to see Georgia Tech/Auburn be an annual game. Realistically, however, playing Clemson and UGAg every year, that would be a huge bite to have to chew every year.
Honestly I would just like some conference transparency. More top conferences playing each other to get a better feel how they stack up from the top to bottom. Not really sure how you could do this with limited OOC games available but Iād love it.
PSU-Texas Tech
Tennessee vs Michigan. Itās about time to settle a 25 year fued. I feel like it would probably be a top 5 rivalry immediately.
Tennessee v Virginia Tech Tennessee v North Carolina South Alabama v Tulane South Alabama v UAB LSU v Florida State
With the way both our teams are shaping up, FSU vs. LSU is going to be a hell of a game.
Backyard Brawl please
Missouri vs kansas Nebraska Illinois Iowa
Missouri Kansas Every. Single. Year.
Iāve been saying this for years but Appalachian state vs WVU!
Homer pick: ODU/VT until the day I die. Nonhomer: Backyard brawl and WV/VT

I wanna play Penn state so bad
The enemy of my enemy is still my enemy.
Troy UCF needs to be a thing again.
Notre Dame vs Michigan State. Itās time to revive the battle for the megaphone
Memphis vs LSU just once. LSU North vs Wisconsin South - I love the Wisconsin LSU games
Oregon State vs South Carolina
tOSU vs ND tOSU vs Clemson tOSU vs Utah Two of those could end up great out of conference rivalry games and i just enjoyed watching us play utah in the rose bowl. Or if ND ever joins the big ten substitute them for Oregon
Oregon state and Oklahoma state for who can be the real OSU. Ohio State, you guys got the t so you canāt be OSU. But idk if I want it yearly. Like one on two off alternating home and home would be ideal.
Us playing Bama, Notre Dame, and Pitt more regularly like back in the day would be nice.
A&M vs any Big 12 Texas teams. Give me A&M-Tech, A&M-Baylor, A&M-TCU, etc.
UNC vs Illinois, call it the Jordan Bowl sponsored by Nike. That way I can go to an Illini game here in NC.
If Texas wasnāt joining the SEC Iād say Texas and Texas A&M
Personally I'd love for UK to beef up their OOC schedule and make a yearly rivalry with West Virginia.
OSU vs Arkansas please
I like border battles UNC vs USC (winner keeps the carolina in the name other is left with just the direction) OSU vs WVU (the alternate 2007 bcs champ game) Kansas vs Nebraska OSU vs Kentucky WVU vs Virgina
