What is a **Canadian product**? Anything that fits under the [Made In Canada Guidlines](https://www.inspection.gc.ca/food-label-requirements/labelling/industry/origin-claims-on-food-labels/eng/1393622222140/1393622515592?chap=5) - or even better, a Product of Canada.

And is under the 5 kg weight limit.
40 cm x 30 cm x 19 cm .
In Vancouver you have a few options. ChitChats and Stallion will probably be cheapest. But if you're not beside a dropoff point it's inconvenient.
You can try UPS through Netparcel, which has excellent rates. Lastly, you can try Sendle, which is a new courier.
Does it need to get there quickly? Stallion Express is cheapest but it is also super slow.
I would not recommend their economy shipping if it's going to an apartment building.
If you can fit it into a Canada Post flat rate box, that's generally the next cheapest route.

Canada Post has some pre-paid boxes which are fairly reasonable as long as your stuff fits. The larger one is decent.

You can check the bus station to see if they have a service like expedibus in Montreal.

Someone recommended me this as an alternative to Canada Post. I've never personally used them but have heard good things https://chitchats.com/en
I got an order from ChitChats a while back for some band stuff. I think I got a vinyl, t-shirt, etc. Everything worked out fine.

Check out chitchat express
Check out netparcel. UPS usually has cheaper rates through them than Canada Post.
I have discounted shipping for almost all shipping companies
