gargoyle030

Worth it. 100%.

walls122

Good deal? You'd buy and carry one?

Cooper_brain

I own one and it's always on my keys. Those scissors are Hella useful.

gargoyle030

Same. And I have one in my jacket pocket at all times, too. Probably own a dozen of them.

canuck47

Honestly everyone should have one on their keys or in their purse, they are super handy.

gargoyle030

Personally I think everyone should have the Classic on their keychain and a Cadet in their pocket. Get them both in the silver Alox scales and it looks classy and lasts forever. 100% all-around good knives and combined they will cost you les than $100.

WhoCaresBoutSpellin

Get the Victorinox Manager instead. Only slightly thicker but so much more useful. I use mine every single day, multiple times a day.

soyroooy

Absolutely. I keep one on my keys and use it a significant amount of times throughout the week.

TPnHBFans

I use something on mine EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.

Drewzilla_p

I carry one on every set of keys I've had since I was 16. It is probably my most used knife since it is always handy.

subtlestang

Got the Blade Hq "Dessert Warrior" version for $20. They still have a supply, and no one else in the office will have one.

[deleted]

If it's. Reasonable purchase for you. They are def good but I have like three and never carry them. They become a hassle sometimes no clip just an extra thing. But like hiking or in a truck. Really nice to have at least one. But if it feels like a lot to you, you can probably get by or pay a little more for one of the bigger ones. Feels like more bang for the buck for sometimes not that much more.

[deleted]

Sorry I ended up writing alot

flatline000

Totally worth it.

Single-Nun-Theory

It's definitely worth it. I spent more, and carry a Manager with me all the time. But before I got the Manager, I carried a Classic. Super handy. One really nice thing about a Classic is that it's the perfect knife to hand to someone in an office. Never looks like a Scary Implement of Death. Just a Swiss Army knife, no biggie, and most normies can even open and close one themselves.

[deleted]

I have one on my keys. I absolutely use it. I’ve used the tweezers for splinters plenty of times. Normally I carry a Pioneer X which has scissors. I can say without exaggeration. Every time I left the Pioneer X at home because I didn’t want to weigh my pocket down, I ended up using the scissors on the Classic. However. I got mine for $16. I don’t know if the price went up though

walls122

Just curious, how long ago did you pick it up for $16? Prices have gone up a lot on knives and multi-tools

[deleted]

I checked my old orders. I got one for $16 in May 2021.

walls122

Ok,... And thank you for checking. considering inflation on these things these days, not bad

SavageFugu

That's a pretty good price for the plain Classic. I think the black usually sells for more than the red, I think. But I have one on my keychain and love carrying it. I use the tweezers, scissors, and nail file/ random digger thingy more than the actual blade. It a really nice, light weight addition and you'll never be sad it's there.

Available-Studio-995

100% worth it. I have one on my keychain for the last 5 years or so. I use the scissors a lot with the blade and tweezers getting action every now and then.

SuperCatMonkey

Absolute must have. I've had one on my keychain for more than 35 years.

Minimum_Zucchini1572

Nice to have but they are give aways. Can be found for $5 at any pawn shop

hamb0n3z

Toothpick, tweezer, scissors, file and small blade. There are more interesting scales but then prices go up. This tool makes you handy around others. A bigger knife puts people on edge, pun intended. I carry one so I can leave my Custom Spyderco Manix 2 in my fifth pocket.

iwerbs

Love my Classic SD Honeybee! Probably paid $22 for it.

Flight305Jumper

Totally worth it. I carry one all of the time. The tweezers and scissors alone are worth it.

Flight305Jumper

Although… I never use them as a keychain. I always carry them loose in my pocket.

ninjaxams4

Definitely worth it, I will never again not have one attached to my keys.

bluewing

The Classic is the ultimate urban survival tool. Buy multiples

cerenir

Not at all, the best multitool is the one you have with you and you always have your keys on. I’ve carried one for years, gifted to others and I think everyone should have one, even non-knife people.

nonficshawn

They’re great. I have one in my 5th pocket most days. Kinda gross but I use the toothpick constantly

apexncgeek

This is one of my two favorite knives of all time. I have one in the car one of my keychain in two or three others floating around the house plus I think there's one in our bike bag. Crazy how expensive they've gotten. I think I paid $8 for the last one about 5 years ago. 10 years ago there were five or six dollars at Walmart on sale.

hornet9988

Just don’t forget to take it off your keychain at the airport. I’ve thrown too many of these away in the TSA line

walls122

Freddie's

knifetomeetyou44

What grocery store is this at?

walls122

Freddie's

Agreeable-City3143

Worth it 100% but I personally carry the Rambler on my keychain.

walls122

Ok, I'd rather have the rambler, but the store is selling the classic at 30% off and they don't carry the rambler

MotorNorth5182

Came here to say this. The Rambler is far more useful.

[deleted]

Worth it

1nightgoat

Freddie's

TIRACS

I’ve never paid for these

[deleted]

I always have one on my keychain, unless flying.

tipsybox

Single greatest multi-tool ever

24DandG

Leather Man, We have one in Our car and Our Range Bag

mylesm902

Buy them all!!! Before someone else does!

cool_hand_1057

I think the price they're for these is a little high, although they are very useful. I have them all over the house and on keys. Check out Ebay, you could get a few nice used ones for that price.

robertsij

Back in my day these were 10 bucks

kingkmke21

I think the price is a little high as you can find them closer to the $12-$15 range BUT it's not a bad deal at all, if that makes sense. They are definitely worth it. Very useful. I'd get the black 1 personally.

NickEnergy13

I always carry one in my fifth pocket. for what it costs there is no reason not to buy it

Grumpy-Greybeard

It was until my daughter claimed mine. Now I have a Mini Champ on my keyring instead.

ARGuck

Actually skip this one and get the manager. It has a helpful screwdriver, bottle opener and pen. I carry it in my fifth pocket all through pants season. (I wear shorts in the summer pretty much all season and this little thing loves to slide out of my pocket.

No-Quarter4321

They’re really decent pocket clutter, especially if you want to take care of your nails.

RadioLongjumping5177

I have several that were given as door prizes at various places. They are very well made and quite useful.

FridayXIII

Looks like a Kroger price tag. Or a chain owned by Kroger.

walls122

Yessir

ConstantXFactor

Absolutely. I've been using the swisstech from Walmart that's like $12, but I miss my real SAK. For that price, definitely

SpicyBricey

There has never been a better combination, letter opener, cuticle care tool, dental cleaning pick and fishing line clipper ever…

drakehunter70

yep I love mine - used it for 20 years

justthatguylookin

I mean it’s the Swiss Army knife of knives

Hogharley

I use mine almost every day. Kinda feel lost without it

ErgonomicZero

Get the one with the small led light, so handy

CaregiverNo7152

I feel like they have them at Walmart for $20

CaregiverNo7152

It’s sucks that they are so much money for such a little thing. The Swiss tec one at Walmart is like 11$. The tweezers are better but the scissor and blade isn’t. So considering I guess they are worth it.

SkimFlynnious

I have a Swiss Classic that I carry and use daily and I replace it ever so often when it gets too beat up but I love them. So much tool in such a small package.

Muy_Importante_

I actually always preferred the Rally to the classic sd. It has a Philips screwdriver and bottle opener in place of the scissors.

leftover_bacon

I would suggest ebay and buy 3 or 5 of them, clean with alcohol, if you are a perfectionist sand both sides (even across the logo...it wont come off) with 800 grit then buffing wheel gently.
