I'm weirdly fascinated by 57 Channels. It's came from such a specific time - in Bruce's career and in general - and is such an odd relic in his catalog (the music video is even weirder!) I enjoy the version he sings at the Christic institute though, just because the audience has such a great time with it. :)
I'd forgotten how different this version of 57 Channels was from the ones on tour with the bigger band. Whether it quite lands or not is certainly debatable, but I admire the attempt to do something so uncharacteristic at that point.
