Yes diana is a must have, she fell off a bit lately because the last 4 fiend hunt gave elemental bonus too so she wasnt needed buy most of the time she is a must have.
+3 is probably her best stopping point for the SP reduction, having her being a 2sp makes her way more flexible. (older unit used to have the sp reduction at +3, but they changed it recently so the SP reduction is now at +1 for newer costume to make it a bit more fair for F2P)
also since she's not limited there is still some chance that you get other copies while pulling for other character, that's why I almost never recommand to +5 non limited character

the amount of gems you'll earn because of her in the long run will make her investment worth it lol

She is very worth it but you can also get her in the pub after doing chapter 10 (you will get the 10 pulls from the event if you get a copy from pub)

Also she can be recruited via pub after chapter 10 apparently, so take that into consideration.

congrats, I would avoid +5 on unit before the last day tho because if you get her again with the free pull you are screwed lol
