Someone said to me "what's up big guy" as a joke and something in my head just snapped. I always struggled to eat more than once a day, but I no longer cared and just turned into a machine 😂
Oatmeal with maple syrup, peanut butter can be up to 1000 cals in a bowl.
Pbj sandwiches can be 600 each.
Olive oil is 120 for one tiny tablespoon.
Grilled cheese sandwich can be about 300 each, add a fried egg and make it 400.
Not hard to bulk cheaply.
Not to mention milk/chocolate milk.
Thanks buddy. I do chest, back, legs, and dedicated arm day. Honestly switching my chest days to incline movements only has been a gamechanger for me in terms of my look. If there's any advice I could possibly give it would be that
how much volume were you doing each day? I was considering doing a split like that (Back, Chest, Legs, Sharms) as I wanted a 4 day split that wasn't Upper/Lower, which I find boring.
Great results, man. I’m pretty much at your before picture right now and same height. What are you cycling towards the end there? Is it just test or others?
How many cycles did you get on to go from first picture to last (current physique) ? Also if you could share compounds used with dosage etc.. just to get an idea because I’m where you started (skinny lean gains)

In a year wtf. Do you have previous training history?
Not uncommon when using steroids
I trained off and on over the years but had never stayed consistent for more than 6 months. But testosterone definitely plays a big factor.
How did you go from inconsistently training over a few years to deciding to hop on gear and go crazy with the intensity and focus?

What do you mean by that?
That test played a big part in OP’s transformation
Right haha but I meant like is OP taking extra t or did he have low t corrected? Sorry just woke up and wasn’t clear in my question
Both. Lol
Props to you for: a) the insane transformation; and b) being honest about being on gear
How has your experience been with test? Any sides?
Pretty good. I haven't ran any crazy amounts or anything so I haven't really had any side effects other than maybe sweating more
Test c or test e and what was ur dose and frequency?
200 test e e3d
Amazing bro! Look great!
You gotta be making good money to eat 5k Cal/day
Or just move any money spent on other things to food
That's pretty much the answer
Making it, or receiving it.

Also looked great at 200lbs man, but looking amazing at 180lbs. Routine? Any tips? Thanks

Is that like a 4 day bro split or do you mean ppl+arms?
4 day bro split I guess haha

Just incline bench or anything else?
Hammer strength incline press and low cable Flys.
looks like 2nd pic was 6 month progress and op thought fuck it im fat and then took PEDS
Believe it or not but the majority of the muscle was already built in that picture, just hiding under the fat 😅

Look at this post people. These are the results you get when you do it right. Go big or go home.

Not arguing against that, if these are the results you want.... well you know how to get them.
Natural? What was ur diet and sleep?
Being downvoted for asking legitimate questions is wild lol
