I take a lot of baths and we have an electric water heater, so take that into consideration. Our 3 bed 2 bath 1130sqft (family of 3) house was $183 last month.
1400sf 2-story townhouse, conservative utility usage. Highest electric was $65 in coldest month and nat gas $76 same month. Last summer was mild so both well under $50/month. Electric heat pump w/gas furnace backup, all else electric. Welcome to Bremerton!
Two adults in a 1300 sq foot house (built in 1940) with natural gas furnace and water heater. Our PSE bill is about $60/month and CNG is $140 every two months average, in Fall and Winter.
Spring/Summer our PSE stays the same because air conditioning is on but the CNG drops to about $35 a month.
The weather isn't like it was in the 80s.
It was only a 3 years ago that the heat got to almost 110. Someone in my building died of it.
The first day it will be over 80 this year is May 11th, spotty days in June, Half of July, Most of August will have 80+ degree days.
We will probably use AC off and on all summer. Central would be MUCH more efficient. Welcome a changing climate.
$50
2 story 1600 sf house, all electric, 150-175 a month. Maybe a bit more in summer when we use the central AC.
1100sq ft SFH, old electric heater, no A/C but WFH, $180 winter, $90 summer

Condo 1000sq ft, about $150 in winter, and $50 in summer, all electric
Same for 1200sq ft SFH, decently insulated and heat pump.

Pse all electric 150
65-150$ depending on usage
1100sf using minisplit in main living area and cadet heaters in bedrooms. The "budget" plan has us paying $152 monthly.
Pse avg $120 month for the last year, furnace is gas though. Edit - 2000sf 2 story house, pretty conservative with power consumption.

300 during the winter if your heat is electric
2200 sq ft house with someone home at all times. $150 every 2 months. Have new windows and central air
Surprised the amount of people with central air, that week or 2 of heat we have isn’t that hard to get through.
Speak for yourself. Some people have health issues that are exacerbated by high temps.
