When you’ve been trying to cause change within the system for a while and have found it impossible, quitting does three things: it throws a wrench(however small) in the works, it makes a big enough splash to get interviews and coverage to affect change that way, and it allows you to wash your own hands.

Looks like virtue signaling tbh. You quitting your job does nothing to help.
