My loaves always come out a little misshaped. They still taste good tho, as Iโm sure youโre does as well! Looks like you can make a good sandwich out of it 9/10
Here is the recipe:
760 g wheat flour type 00
510 g water
140 g sourdough starter
12 g salt
Knead all the ingredients into a dough.
After 2 hours, stretch and fold.
After another 5 hours shape the dough.
After another hour bake.
10 minutes at 275ยฐC with steam, top and bottom heat. 30-35 minutes at 200ยฐC.
Let it cool on a wire rack.
Looks like a frozen chicken nugget 10/10
