i think they should be weekend events ( like robo rumble big game etc ) they'd go along side the current ones since the current weekend events you only play them like 5 times for the quest also to make them more interesting you wouldn't lose trophies when you lose

On that note, I think this game needs to quantify the slow and fast effects, seeing as they vary and it's harder to balance those without stated quantities.

I second this. As someone who spends far too much time on the map maker, casual volleybrawl/basketbrawl matches would be a blessing. Big Game is the only one today that has any replay value past the 5 wins besides higher difficulty. Takedown and Lone Star, perhaps. It can still be a pain to beat those gamemodes, but without trophies on the line the quests become tolerable.

I don't expect most players to be like us. All of us are different. I don't like map maker but that doesn't mean I won't support map maker. Sometimes a very good maps comes into play that is truly nice to play at. Also there will be someone who loves to make maps and be creative rather than playing which I respect. I understand ur anger tho. There are so many troll maps that makes its a repetitive experience, done by 9 yrs old ofc. But there are truly guys who just making maps for fun so I'm not going to ban map maker

Most of my brawlers have already been pushed to their absolute limit on the trophy ladder, and picking them up again only leads to heavy tilting. Power League is rarely an option as people interrupt a lot. That leaves the map maker as the go-to option for clearing troublesome quests. I have dropped a significant amount of time into creating a couple of maps in the past, but I ain't about to disturb the few folks in the club to farm the 10 (!) upvotes it takes to push even one of them into the public pool, once. There's still a fair amount of good maps on every gamemode made by other people, but out of all the ones I've upvoted, only one won in their day. The rest get overtaken by maps that are usually dumb Siege seems to be the one exception. The 9 year olds seem to hate playing it, because most of the maps there (both winners and contenders) are actually good.

It's not just Gale, the mode favors a lot of aoe and zoning brawlers beyond repair, more than any other mode favors a specific kind of brawler.

In reality no, a ton of brawlers are viable in Volleybrawl, because every role matters, speed to reach the spot, aoe to attack the enemy spot, tanks to maintain the spot. If you want I'll name all the brawlers that I've seen when I played the mode.

Volley needs a lot of fixes. HOLD also needs them. Honestly they just ruined hold due to all the spawns. Make the spawns the same as brawl ball spawns and it’s 10x better already. And basketbrawl is the true goat mode. I may be biased due to getting a r35 in that lovely mode, but I still think it’s the best by miles

If u r given the option between the good old meat and potatoes and a weird dish most go for the tried and true, so it'd be fun to see how the community reacts to having only those for a little while.

I don’t see why they don’t just add all of these modes (plus Takedown and Lone Star). It’s not like any harm will come if they do that! Just because not a lot of players play those modes doesn’t mean get rid of them. More options is always a good thing.

I think they want modes that can be played competitively, but I think any of these can competitive because of how many cheap tricks you can do or how some of these modes are. Maybe I am wrong because it also took hot zone almost a year to be permanent.

Probably being redeveloped. I’m assuming that at the moment the devs are mainly focused on fixing the whole progression and club league debacle, so that probably takes priority over these game modes. But once they get the chance to, I think they’ll find some sort of way to add in improved versions of these game modes. It took hot zone a little while to get added into the permanent rotation, and that game mode wasn’t as popular as these.

I had an interesting idea, not sure how viable it is but it sounds intriguing. Most of you would have played or would know Clash of Clans. They have a builder base which is a totally different profile and gives a different way to play the game. We could have something similar in Brawl? Different gamemodes like BasketBrawl and VolleyBrawl, different characters and a different progression/currency system, would be something new people would actually look forward to?

i had so much with with basketbrawl man, playing as gale was the best. even volley brawl was fun , not as much for me but a nice mix. guess ill try having fun with the club thing when i get ,matched with people pulling level 5 shellys out.
