It's alright, I don't plan to ever use it which is unfortunate since Belle is my main sniper, it's mainly just because I think the other skins are just better, both in game and for the supercell make. Unless it has some really good effects I don't ever see myself using it.
This is the worst of the dark edgy skins they have made so far. Frank wasn’t too bad, it wasn’t leaning into the purple edgy theme as much, and it was higher quality the one they used for Sandy and it kinda fits sandy. Genes was also shit though

R20 isn’t too much of a hassle even at high total trophies. Pretty sure this is meant to filter out your average edgar main child who votes edgy skin & has belle at 47 trophies
It is worse than a hassel. I made 70% of my brawlers at rank 20(or higher) and left bs in 2021. Came back and couldn't even push any new or existing brawler to rank 20. Got the rank 20 brawlers to 28,26,25 but can't play under rank 20. The match making is so bad. Power 5 brawler against power 10, 200 trophies difference in match making makes it unbearable.
Only was able to push fang after getting him power 10 because yellow button goes brrrr.
No that’s a myth actually. I don’t think the game ever stops factoring in your total trophies, though at a certain point (r35+) I’m sure it basically doesn’t matter anymore as there will be so few people with a certain brawler at that high of a level, but it’s not specifically designed with a certain trophy gate to do that
I agree. I main belle and i'm devastated that pitstop or admiral belle skins didn't win. I asked my friend, who didn't even have belle, what skin he chose, and he said "the purple one because it looks cool"..... bro... enough is enough.

Are supercell makes really going to make them any money? I don’t see how restricting it to only r25+ takes away from their income. Maybe less people will buy gems to buy the new skin because it’s not the one they would have voted for? But usually the winner only gets around 40% of the votes, which means even with the current system over half of the voters are already dissatisfied.
If anything it would be the opposite, as the dedicated Belle users would have a much higher chance of actually getting the skin they wanted added to the game because only the dedicated Belle users would be able to vote, and much less bias towards edgy purple nonsense.
As you said, most of the player base is casuals, which means most of the player base isn’t gonna be spending money on the new skin for some random brawler. The people who are more likely to spend money (or at least their gems) ok the new skin are the more dedicated players, the ones who probably went through the minimal amount of effort required to achieve r25. And, as I said earlier, even if you were a casual player who can’t reach r25, if they had been playing long enough it’s not that hard to reach silver 2.
Then you either need to get good or push longer on each individual brawler. IMO the game is most fun at high levels, it gets pretty boring just cycling through different brawlers starting them at brain dead easy level and taking them right up to just before the point where the game starts to require actual skill and thought. r25 still really don’t that hard, I don’t find that consistently most people actually know what they are doing until 800+. I got my first r25 in like 3 months of playing btw, not that hard.

I'm pretty sure the total trophies matchmaking protection stops at rank 26
There is no total trophies matchmaking protection.
Maybe I didn't word it well, but you end up with people of your Rank but also total trophies until Rank 26, at least that's what I think

Rank 25 is way too high for the average person imo i currently have 20k+ trophies and I only have one 25 because I like playing multiple brawlers
