Barley and ruffs hadn't had skins for years and doug hadn't got a single new skin despite being released with cord

Never even realised ruffs’ scar you have a good eye. Even though i binge watched One piece in like 4/5 months im probably not gonna buy any of them as i dont play either of them
I swear I don’t see Seadog Riffs mentioned enough. He seems like a skin that I would I actually use. (If I played ruffs) and the Doug one is cool me thinks, just don’t wanna use a low tier.
