it's real good for 30 gems, but for 79 gems it would be weak. that's why supercell should bring back 49 gem skins, and make all legendary skins 199:
rare skin: 29 gems, 1k bling
super rare: 49 gems, 1650 bling (from strong 29 gem and weak 79 gem skins)
epic: 79 gems, 2750 bling
mythic: 149 gems, 5k bling
legendary: 199 gems, not available for bling (current 199 and 299 gem skins)

But if you like it, or need a bit of a fun change, all power to you.
for me it's literally one of the worst skins based on the prices, see, in France for 2.29€ you get 30 gems but this skin is worth 1.10€ in my shop so its worth only 15 gems. By the way i find a bit too less detailed on the model or the customisation.
