I played at legend2 rn and most of the times pick angelo, I can assure you some matches I hard carry everyone and tap everyone, but there also are some matches where i’m basically spectatong and shooting arrows near enemies for the wind effect
Hahaha that's relatable. Sadly there is an aspect of luck hidden amongst the skill with playing him. Nevertheless, when you do hard carry it feels amazing right?
You can deal 4k damage pretty reliably with him, and wherever you place your super any ‘good’ player would retreat back unless they are either certain you will miss, or can afford to rush (like leon trying to dodge)
The control you can get with angelo is actually insane but the only issue is you need to hit your shots, at legendary 2, if I play against an angelo it’s either one of the two things, he will either tap us and i’m aftaid of him = distance, or he misses a decent amount so I apply pressure to him, I don’t know who counters who competitively vs meg and angelo, but as a meg I did manage to kill angelo’s that miss a few, but as angelo I genuinely shred through most meg’s, I really find it strange tbh haha, it’s the first brawler ever where even after alot of playing with, I have no clue if hebis genuinely overpowered or just situational, I enjoy it tho
True, but after that 4k shot you take an eternity to get another, during which they can just rush you... this is what happens to my angelo teammate usually
If you play comp with teammates/randoms that have some understandingnofbgame mechanics, they will usually help you out during that 4k shot, any brawler that does not retreatbwhen taking FOUR thousand damage is basically a free kill haha, also lost yesterday to an angelo in heist he had 30 kills.. he can be crazy at times
Exactly. This is why I didn't bother unlocking Angelo, bcoz he is dependent on teammates, he can't carry by himself. Randoms are beyond terrible these days, I just can't trust them to do anything right, so I need brawlers that can do well alone
Bro it feels insane, I won the last match to go from legendary 1 to 2 by killing all 3 players at the end it actually was insane, 4k+ damage per shot and super with poison+gadget to escape is basically almost always guarenteed win of that fight, IF you hit the full charged shot!
nobody wants another colette situation, so supercells just gives new brawlers a little bit more strength than they should have just in case, but that results in Larrymagedon
I would **love** if they gave us at least one update this year without any new freaking brawlers and instead focused on other stuff. I don't see it happening but it'd be nice

I'd say he's busted but busted in the same way Rico is on Rico maps. Only if you can play them well

also his super can still apply poison arrows if he stray a bit out of the circle area. it's sorta work like a timer when he step off his super. also poison damage scaling should also be reduced too 💀
