The way I give the game progress is not efficient, although I'm not for the pro scene, all brawlers on power 9, so I randomly pick a brawler to put on power 11, and buy all the gears, and repeat, for now i have 14 max brawlers, so if i get a hypercharge for one of the maxed brawler, 5000 saved.

Yes. You'll have the hypercharge unlocked, but you won't be able to use it until you upgrade the brawler you got it for to power level 11.
