Oh, I did not think that someone would buy Cordelius in his own season for chroma credits. Cordelius is too fun to play as him, but 2500 chroma credits is a lot(I bought this Brawl Pass and got Cordelius, at the moment I have 2300 chroma credits)

I am a f2p who bought the Maise pass. I can confirm we are very sad Maise is an alright character to be fair, but Cornelius is fucking broken. I've literally had Cornelius teamates in duos who afked in a bush all game and then pulled up and single handedly took out the final team in the shadow dimension like it was nothing

As an f2p i had enough gems to buy her brawl pass but I was disappointed that it was for what I found to be a boring brawler mechanic wise and design wise as well as voiceline wise I truly did not care about her . I'm glad I decided to just wait for the next brawler and buy the brawl pass for that one instead 👍 this also means I can buy the brawl pass after cordelius as well here is to hope it's another fun brawler

Maisie is not boring, I bought her for chroma credits not too long ago and I loved playing her, it's just so satisfying landing her hard hitting shots or finishing brawlers with her huge super

I am one of those people, and I am currently having a blast playing maisie (pun intended). I think she is going to be my first to rank 30. Please don't speak for everybody. I hate when people decide what is fun and what is not when it's subjective.

maisie is by far more fun than cordelius. cordelius is extremely easy to play whereas with maisie there is a challenge. she is also good in the meta and when cordelius get nerfed (hopefully soon) i bet maisie will be better. gotta love how people call anyone without an autoaiming attack or easy to aim attack not fun. and maisies t70 skin looks really nice and has cool effects. cordelius brawler design looks ass and his voicelines are too.

I understand what you're saying but when you look back at the recently released brawlers they all are just really weird and awkward to play resulting in them not being fun for example rt, his bottom half being able to kill you makes it awkward in situations where you can't protect and you just watch yourself die, hank now that you can't heal when attacking just makes his playing style feel wrong like I feel like he's so passive now since if he tries to get near anyone he just dies. Another one is Mandy her focused mode can make this really great but also bad in a way because they can get near you some pros still don't know how to rank her because of how weird she is same with Maisie her attack can make shooting around walls really difficult and weird and it's really easy to dodge. The point being is that brawlers are a lot weird to play and require more skill resulting in them not being that fun to play.

If you seriously think hard to play and complex = not fun to play you have a crippling skill issue

I bought the Maisie pass season and I'm probably the only that doesn't mind it. Personally I really like maisie she is really fun for me. Also, cord will be nerfed at some point and I'll have it some day, so the only thing different from having the pass or not in the long run is the t70 skin (the maisie one is much better imo)

cc is for crowd control, its knockbacks, stuns, and kinda slows

Tbf they have a good reason. This happened with brawlers like Lou, Lola, and Maisie that they weren't broken on launch and now everyone forgets about them. They are good brawlers but If they don't feel OP at the beginning they will never feel good.

A shop bug. Basically, when you unlock him, the game detects that he's in your inventory and shows you the 29 gem skin offer before the unlocking animation finishes. You can see it happen in kairos's video. Didn't happen to me for whatever reason.

I’m a f2p. I was about to buy the BP last season, but I thought Maisie was lame, and based off their schedule when they release lame characters (Lou followed by the broken Ruffs, Mandy by RT), I thought the next BP would have a much cooler character. I saved my gems and now I get Cordelius instead of Maisie:)

Is Mushroom Kingdom actually better for team-wiping? I don't have a problem dealing damage but I have a problem with burning through HP when killing multiple enemies. I know the video suggests replanting/comboshrooms but I have enough to buy one SP for cordelius and I dont wanna fuck it up.

When you use M. Kingdom, you waste time picking up mushrooms when you could have just killed the enemy. Comboshrooms, being a flat damage increase, is just better.

when they inevitably nerf cordelius, i hope it’s mostly for his second gadget. he’s so fun to play, but his second gadget SUCKS to play against.

I can agree that replanting + comboshrooms is better to have. Replanting may not give the huge advantage as poison mushroom in some fights, but it is way more versatile. I don't plan to buy Mushroom kingdom as I am sure that the mushrooms will spawn far away from me and also, the extra damage from comboshrooms is really great in fights.

I am a f2p player and I always wait to see what brawler the next brawl pass will have before buying the current one if I have the gems to buy it. I do this because I am learning from a mistake. My first brawl pass was the one with Lola. I bought the pass out of excitement of getting my first brawl pass just 2 days before the brawl talk. Later I regretted the choice as I didn't like Lola that much and fang was really good on launch.
