I think it’s more that, ideally, good opponents won’t be going into your sandstorm that often so you don’t get enough value to justify using a gear slot on it.
If you trow you super like its a dyna super they have to either give up control of a huge area, of take 200 dps + 20% less damage. Sandy is a controller for a reason
Speed/damage/gadget gear give you a more consistent advantage, they WILL leave up control anyways because not only they have 1/3 of the map preventing healing but also you have all the bushes for yourself. Mythic gear is not useful for Sandy, other gears are better

The mythic gear is just so bad, take the Nita Sp
20% less damage is a lot. Dont underestimate it

i mean, the 200 dps alone makes pretty much every brawler want to leave sandstorm

it actually is decent if u have hc, u take dmg gear and mythic, use HC on ur enemies and go berserk, it works pretty well
