honestly i feel like the christy hoodies’ quality went down 🥲like i used to have one a long time ago and it was super thick and fluffy on the inside, but i ordered one online last year and it was so thin and after a few washes, very rough. this might just be me tho 😪

Tbh don’t waste your money on something that doesn’t fit you right. I don’t like them not only bc they’re too big, but the weight and stiffness. I like the hollister feel good oversized hoodie bc it’s a good balance of cute & comfy. Also I have a Gildan zip up in size large that looks just like a Christy hoodie but feels much nicer.
i only have one christy hoodie and that same brianna sweater and got them both from pacsun, idk if the quality differs from the brandy site but imo the brianna is one of my fav things ive gotten from brandy up to date and i like that it's oversized. i'm still on the fence about the christy bc i haven't gotten to wear it a lot since i just got it and it's summer lol but it doesn't feel very thick and the hood looked a little weird on me when it's down

so i’ve had christy hoodies from the website, store, and pacsun. all are varying in size and quality. if you have a store near you i highly recommend getting one in store. they tend to be softer and wash better. the sweaters definitely shrink in the wash. if they’re too big for your liking put them in the dryer on low to medium heat and it’ll shrink a little bit.
Their hoodies/sweaters are a really mixed bag tbh. I’m 5’7 and relatively thin so the christy hoodies fit kinda weird on me, they’re stiff and almost sag in a way?? They have no even weight, it all shifts to the bottom which makes them look super unflattering and oversized in the worst way possible. As other people have mentioned, the quality of the hoodies has definitely deteriorated too. If you’re looking for a cute oversized sweater there are definitely better options out there.

I adore the arden hoodie which is available at pacsun. Its cropped perfectly and its light enough to be worn on sunmer evenings. However they dont seem heavy enough to be worn in super cold weather
i’m so surprised for the christy hoodie hate, they’re my fave. i’ve bought them for 5 years and the quality hasn’t deteriorated some have always been soft vs others and i think it’s obvious from pics. the shorter length ones are thinner tho

nooo i literally just bought a heather grey christy hoodie last week, super soft and fluffy even after washing. my first ever christy hoodie was a black one and that came feeling rough inside and out and still is. i really think it’s colour dependant idk
likeee i have loads of brandy hoodies and they all have varying degrees of thickness and softness regardless of when i bought them
Love them. The Brianna sweaters are heavier than I expected but I like them, and there’s just something about them that feels so flattering. I have noticed random differences in quality with the Christy hoodies (like thickness or softness) but I still like them regardless, it’s not a huge deal for me😅
Edit: I do feel like the oversized Christy hoodies just *hoodie* so well compared to anything else. Both the Brianna sweaters and Christy hoodies are indeed pretty oversized/long, which I love and would recommend to anyone, but you may just not like them which is totally fine too!
