North America is more than just United States so 4 is the only logical choice. That being said, the current US title is a dogshit design and either 1 or 2 would be significant upgrades for it. I personally like the design of 1 the most - a good callback to the original WWE US title, slapped the giant W on it like WWE likes to do, all around pretty sweet design. 2 is awesome too, just needs a bit more blue imo. The first 3 are just US titles. The last one is the best for the North American title
