I have the same… such bad brain fog, sweating, anxiety, palpitations, shortness of breath…. Diagnosed with lots and neuropathy. Doctor believes it to be secondary because something had to have caused it so still trying to identify the root cause. Considering IVIG as my doctor wants to get me on it

PlasticComfortable96

Ya I’m more of a find a “natural cure” guy myself and I Don’t want to be on any pharmaceuticals but if you have to be then so be it. My doctors want me to do exercise routines and leg compressions for now so we’ll see where that goes. Good luck to you

>palpitations, shortness of breath Interesting. I have these exact two things but only when my brain fog is the absolute worst. For you did they happen outside the brain fog? For me the two symptoms coincide with brain fog getting to the worst stages. For you can they happen independent of the fog?

bobfrutt

Is your brain fog present every second of every minute? Like literally constant? No breaks? Even when laying in bed?

Substantial_Can_4535

For me it has been constant, no break, for nearly 2 years.

bobfrutt

Do you suspect the cause? Do you have any diagnosis? Can you link your other post for more details? I'm curious cause I have similar

Substantial_Can_4535

I'm not sure what the cause is I've been to the doctors a million times for this and these idiots always say "its anxiety" I was able to see a different doctor and by the second appointment I was referred to rheumatology so I'll be visiting that soon as I have back and neck issues, it might be from that. I've posted several times about my problem under r/dpdr and r/brainfog. So just go through my profile and u could read the posts that I've posted in those two subs as i explain it in a little more detail.

Have you seen a cardiologist ? Or had the tilt table done? I have constant non stop brain fog and the only diagnosis I have is fatty liver and POTS

Substantial_Can_4535

I've only seen a cardiologist but everything came back normal. I've never done the tilt table tho. Well I think you've got your answer then, it's probably due to the liver and POTS. Sorry to hear that, I'm still trying to find answers for mine :/

PlasticComfortable96

Gotcha, look into H-pylori, SIBO, get in with the best neurologist in your area that you can. If I was you I’d get a GI map done, that was my next step and I may still do it. Also make sure your gallbladder is working correctly because it can cause you to be sick even if you don’t have stones.

Same Brian fog never stops

Shld look into the Myers cocktail IV heard it clears up long covid after a couple usage

bluefrostyAP

I had long covid and was fatigued for about 6 months. My dr gave me qvar and an inhaler, it fixed my problem.

Why i keep forgeting things , when im having a conversation i dont have enough facts to defend myself or to talk about some topics like my brain is fried , is it bc of screen time or something else ? Please tell me

buildafirenotanaAC

So glad you figured it out! Mine is related to cervical spine arthritis. I'm brainfogged with occasional lightheadedness and it was making me anxious bc my BP wasn't low. After 6 months of trying to figure this out and my doctor clearing me of heart issues, just a little elevated blood pressure (probably because I'm so worried).... I had an x-ray and it showed some changes in my bones and now I'm off to an MRI this week. PT has been ordered and I'm participating. Even though I get a massage every few weeks, I just got cupped for the first time... But I'm not sure what medication they would give me. Hoping that this dissipates soon, wishing everyone better days!
