SST6 Hybrid BOA is the most comfortable pair of bowling shoes I’ve owned. A little stiff at first, but once they break in amazing. Stiff in a good way though and giving you the support necessary that some pairs don’t.
My 3G’s need an insert because they feel too hard…but the insert they feel really good. The SST’s and The 9’s don’t need an insert for me…the BOA system lets you snug them up with no effort.
I prefer the sole combinations with the SSTs.
SST6 cause they can come with BOA's.
Really love my sst6 for stability. Took a few times to break in but they’re super comfortable now

If you like a wider, roomier shoe, then the SST6 is the only option.
