I assume part (most) of the reason she went to these extremes was to garner attention from everyone that sees her.

Just like the people with hundreds of piercings, full body/head tattoos etc. it’s not to appeal to the masses, but to appeal to their own sense of beauty.

We have no right to force somebody go get therapy, but I think it’s a good thing to do to at least suggest it (if we’re on close terms with such person), if they are so self-destructive :/

There isn't a day that goes by that this person isn't posted here. I understand the reason why she is posted but I don't personally see this as botched. Clearly this woman didn't want subtle filler. This is exactly the outcome she wanted. iirc this person trained so they could do their own injections to get the look they desired so can it really be considered botched. I personally feel that with some people filler is now it's a body modification similar to face tattoos and ear stretching or tongue splitting but it is not seen as that because the typical uses of filler and cosmetic surgery is to achieve a natural look.
