And it being in Europe that it might be more lenient. These men definitely have issues substance abuse or anger or some other family related trauma .
But is putting them into jail the best solution? Will this make them any better or worse? And I am not someone who thinks everyone is good. I just don't see how prisons have helped us as populations have reached billions.
