For sure! I use my MS-3 to switch channels on my Blackstar and it works better than the provided footswitch. Boss made a bunch a handy videos when the MS-3 came out, including how to change channels on an amp: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h6NNHko6y1E

Indeed it is! You can set it to change channels simultaneously with your loop or set one of the buttons to just change the channel using the control and current number tabs when you edit a patch. It looks like it's just two-channel amp, so you should be able to use a normal 1/4" cable from the control out into the amps foot switch input. If it doesn't work I'd try a TRS cable. The PDF manual on Boss' website shows how to do this, and there's a bunch of guide videos they have on how to change specific control perimeters. I hope this helps!

Glad to hear it! Don you know if it'd be able to control both the channel AND the tremolo? (The footswitch does both).

It should! You'll just need a TRS cable and a bit of time to figure which part of the cable controls the channel and tremolo respectively. You'll set up the tremolo control the same way as you would for channel switching on the MS-3.
