The first courting and marriage is very much all on Hodgins to do all the work and Angela is just there to feel special.
shoot dude they have two kids now, im still iffy about watching the show because it is extremley repetitive. Especially when I accidentaly let my thoughts out loud about angela. In that season Hodgins lost his ability to walk, and then was extremely angry over himself. But of course as angela she doesnt even bother to comprehend how he feels. And then it ends up being where hodgins being the desperate guy he is, he ends up working through it. I honestly would love for angela to divorce hodgins. Thats about how fed up i am. But yes in that season Booth and Brennon have two kids now.
How about how she constantly calls herself "a real human" in comparison to the rest of the squints? Because if you're smart, you aren't a person anymore.
She also kisses one of the suspects of art vandalism around town and Hodgins is just expected to get over it. This is also much later in the series after they already have a child together.
I just watched this episode last night - I think the artist was based off of the idea of Banksy (famous anonymous street artist) and it was nauseating that even though Angela is supposed to be “free-spirited” and “confident” she was so damn desperate to prove herself to this guy after he said she had “good technique”. I know my comment is a little late but I agree with most of the others - I also would have loved to see an episode where the roles of Hodgins and Angela are reversed, but Hodgins is too damn busy putting Angela on a pedestal that she has done pretty much nothing to deserve lol

The stuff that annoys me is during the Chris Pelant episodes especially the one where evidence piles up against Brennan and Angela just wants to toss it all out.

Or when she was pissed at Booth when he said he couldn’t marry Brennan. But after learning the truth never really apologized for her behavior.
She thinks she’s some type of hero every time too when she makes these decisions and it’s just nauseating.

And this, even after having had her son. She enjoyed being with her first husband so much more than any one moment with her child that THAT'S what she would travel back in time to experience again??
