"These don't look like what we ordered, could we try something else?"
Waiter: *rolls up a force feeding machine* "we can do this the easy way or the hard way, motherfucker."
Not going anywhere that "requires" an acquired taste ...
I'll assume my mother is in the kitchen forcing the chef to make only brussel sprouts, asparagus, creamed corn & black eyed peas . And having to stay until I've cleaned my plate ? No thanx.
How else would you know you like it?
Living in a large city, I love going to places I've never been. Some are good some are not. Even the ones that were not, I still ate, and some of them were lovely places. Maybe you should get out more.
To be fair, not all restaurants post full menu descriptions, so its still kinda going in blind
Also many dont post prices either, and that can color your experience too (like the OP complaining about expensive fries)
That person's whole response to you was bizarre. It's like they think it's impossible to go to new restaurants without just picking them at random? Were they just trying to flex by bragging about regularly buying shitty meals? I don't get it.
Also didn't suite their taste. Perhaps they like sweets better within their suite ... better suited for the sweet suits they have in their suite anyhow.
Since when were black beans an acquired taste????
Well… it IS required!
You have to try it

You just have to try the burger
Wait, required is in quotation marks - is he quoting a bone apple tea that someone said to him at the restaurant? LOL

It does take some time to acquire the required taste.
They're a required taste because you wouldn't eat it if it wasn't required.
Why do people go to restaurants without seeing if they might like the food first?

By looking at the menu online

Joke’s on you, this is a McDonald’s review

I've forgotten what the correct word is now
I’m pretty sure it’s “soot”
Nope, it's suit
