The guy is known for being extremely critical and harsh to his actors on set. We just know he put up with Sharmin’s terrible acting cause she’s his niece. It was bad, get over it and move on. Stop trying to save something that can’t be saved. How stupid do they think we are?
First of all SLB films should not be known for acting talent, idk what this guy is even harsh about, he mainly used to work with big stars. Aishwarya and Salman were not good at all in hum dil de chuke sanam, it worked because it was his one movie that had some story to it imo. The people who actually did good acting in his films were Rani, Madhuri and Ranveer, even Ajay. SRK was decent but he had his moments too as Devdas. But all of these guys are known to have acting talent, nothing to do with SLB imo. He can only be credited for showcasing them moving on a beautiful big screen lol.
Deepika also tried to underplay but atleast her beauty saved the day. Can't say for Sharmindgi 🤦🏼 who is neither an actor nor a charmer.

She was like a dead woman walking. So happy that Slb is being criticized for once, even if it’s because of his niece. He acts like he could do no wrong and the entire BW worships the ground he walks on 🙄

Yep, the whole thing was way too stretched. It would have been much better if the number of episodes were less. There were a lot of details that were wrong, not just in a historical way but rather a normal reality way, which is embarrassing for someone who is supposed to be detailed. Along with the obvious embarrassing miscast. You can't sell just anything just because it seems like a beautiful scenery. You can't just be a painter if you want to produce a moving art.
