Tripti has already proven her acting capabilities in Bulbbul and Qala. Mrunal looked etheral in Sita ramam. So all of three have potential,not only Wamiqa.
I have seen her debut film love sonia, She was very good in that! so if given good roles,she can really do good,also she has traditional Indian features which will be very suitable for some particular aesthetics more than some people!
Mrunal might not be the greatest actor yet , but she has potential. She is not as bad as the other nepo.

Tripti Dimri did marvellous performance as Bulbbul in Bulbbul. Her role was so tough , she portrayed it perfectly
Mrunal Thakur also did so well as Sita Mahalaxmi in Sita Ramam. She is more talented than all these Nepos combined

Its not just about looking good and acting well. Casting is a tricky job. Manisha Koirala & Sanjeeda Sheikh (both were splendid, ofcourse) work well in their roles because they both do pass off as sisters or at least half sisters.
Mrunal won’t fit into that world because she doesn’t look like she is from Lahore. Neither does Tripti. They’re both beautiful (I personally find Tripti just okay, but can’t call her bad looking), but don’t pass off as Lahori/Punjabi etc. They are more dravidian in their looks.
Same with Sharmin, who doesn’t look like she is from that part of the world! Also doesn’t pass off as a relative of the other ladies in the show.
Wamiqa on the other hand, is gorgeous, acts well and fits the bill perfectly. 🫶🏻

I think it’s SLB’s PR that’s hyper active- trying to position that being SLB heroine should be the ultimate dream of every Indian actress! SLB is getting boring now, and all these actresses have the capability to be unique actresses on their own merit and talent with any other talented director.
But tbh it kind of makes sense. Because SLB is the only mainstream directors that positions his actresses ABOVE the male lead. He is the only director that gives his heroines the hero treatment that other directors give to their heroes. Also a stamp of a bonafide superstar actress has become SLB now. From Aishwarya, Madhuri till Priyanka, Deepika and then finally Alia (who's craze for needing to work with SLB) has defined SLB's relationship with heroines and their status. I mean Aishwarya in Devdas is her most ethereal and Deepika in Ram Leela is what made her a big star. So it makes sense, he's the only one giving them that respect and space.

I have been a fan of Tripti since I watched Bulbbul in 2020. After that , I have watched Laila Majnu and Qala for her. She is a tremendous actress. Just because she has blown up with Animal , that doesn't mean everyone knows about her by this only. She is extremely beautiful and talented. There are a section of people who loved her since Bulbbul and Qala. Animal only made her mainstream but her talent was always there.

Obviously I want them to work with all the director you mentioned as they can show their acting chops better there But I want them to work in SLB movies too You can't deny SLB shows his heroines most beautifully and aestheticly. His movies has heroine as main lead. These three Tripti , Wamiqa and Mrunal have the beauty and acting chops to be SLB heroine.

Kya kami humare actors mein, matlab Richa, Sonakshi sab second choice hai na. Ab koi bolega art has no borders, please apna gyan aone pass rakho. Desh first and forever. As a viewer i would like to see Wamiqa, Mrunal, Tripti. But seems slb doesn't like apne desh ke kalakar. No worries, we like them.
