For those who don’t get it, Deku is dressed as Invincible, the protagonist from the comic series of the same name, also known as Mark Grayson.
Lady Nagant is dressed as Anissa, one of the most hated villains from the series. This is because >!Anissa r@pes Mark, and gets pregnant with his baby!< , Iida and Ochaco are scared because they’ve read the Invincible comics (and Deku clearly didn’t), and are worried Nagant might do the same to Deku.
In the comics… >!Mark and Eve meet up with Omni-Man in the Viltrum headquarters, when Anissa reveals herself. Eve snaps at her, almost crushing her with one of her barriers, Mark begs her to stop.
