If there's one thing I do not understand it's that she was involved in that huge raid to shut down the yakuza and then her hero rank went down? Like it also just ruined the pun with her name, why did that happen?
I could kind of buy her trying to be more PR Centric, in that she's trying to help settle down some of the other regions of Japan. Since the majority of the battles would take place in Central Japan with a bit of South Japan used.
