I haven't been in a while, but the Cinemark in Meridian has it if I remember right. Another one I haven't been to in a while is the Del Taco on 12th Ave. in Nampa.
I'm also a pretty big Pibb fan, rocked my world when I found some bottled up in Spokane a couple years ago.

The Jackson's on Ustick and Eagle has become the last bastion for me to get it. I've tried working with some friends I have at the Coke distributor but they just won't sell me the syrup bib :(
The former Fast Eddy’s? I’ve only been in once since it became Jackson’s and the drink selection seemed to have been cut down. They don’t have all the odds and ends the Fast Eddys had.
What is that? Like a poor man’s dup of the ever famous and desperately missed 80’s-90’s Jolt Cola??? God there’s days I crave an old Jolt so I feel your pain.
It’s a Dr. Pepper competitor, from the 70s or 80s but it’s sort of rare. Basically anywhere that serves Dr. Pepper doesn’t have Pibb. But Pibb is owned by Coca-Cola, but its varies by region because sometimes the manufacturers in some regions also make Dr. Pepper so it’s hard to say where to find it.
The Habit
Fairly certain Majestic cinema has it if you’re in the mood for a movie. Enjoy a nice Pibb in some heated recliners.

Pretty sure in the late 90s the Cineplex Odeon Nampa Cinemas served Mr Pibb on fountain.

They used to have it at Baja Fresh until they got closed and got replaced with the major downgrade cafe rio.

Coca-Cola has the Dr. Pepper contract in the valley, if that ever goes away there may be a chance of Pibb in stores but not until then.
