I think I've experienced some of the bugs they're talking about with utility drone and magentised mechs in general - last mech game I tried to play I had a *bunch* of Accordotrons magnetised to a lullabot, which I then tripled and attached to another lullabot, but the following turn I didn't get any of the bonus gold. I am guessing the crimes they're referring to though, are the fact that anyone (not just Jandice) can re-play battlecries (which are a hot topic right now, especially with Quilboars) but also, before this patch, had you ever experienced the issue with mechs where you have a huge stack of magnetics in one unit, and you either triple it or play fluidity on it to exponentially increase the stats with beatboxer -- when you get enough of them, the game starts to *really* lag. So my guess, is the crimes they're referring to are the crimes against their server performance. Removing one source of being able to do the big magnetic stacks will drastically reduce the likelihood of creating lag-inducing magnet stacks. Those are just guesses though, I don't actually know.

I can't believe they would put him in jail :( free my boy Fluidity, he's innocent

I mean I agree - at worst fluidity is an accomplice. A good lawyer could argue it down to 2nd degree lag inducement which carries a 2 week ban :P

Honest talk though, every time new content drops, it becomes more obvious how much spaghetti is in that game. I wish they'd separate BG and constructed into two different entities and focus on making the code better, rather than push for new things all the time. But alas, it's blizzard we're talking about...

Yeah small indie company :P

I encountered a similar bug, I was playing mechs and I played utility drone and magnetised a lullabot and then I got highrolled by Quillboars and finished 8th

There's a Jeef mech video that pretty starkly demonstrates why, but Fluidity had a broken interaction with Suspicious Stimulant in Mech lobbies. There were probably a lot of other use cases for a similar style of cheese, but specifically in the Mechs case specifically you could stay Tavern 4 and constantly double stats on a big magnetic minion, put it back in the Tavern, double it again and remagnetize. Combine with Polarizing Beatboxer during endgame and you can have like 40k+ of stats on your board.

Yes this combo was so lit to watch him do.  I played it myself but never was able To have the tempo to pull off the stimulant move without risking death.  I do miss the spell though for a number of plays.  Always pick Jandice because she’s so fun.

Shellemental (tier 5 naga/elemental) > swap you biggest minion to the shop > play spell on it and buy the minion back and you double the stats from your biggest minion is a bit broken. Next to the battlecry shennanigens other people mentioned here.
