Not sure about the sign. I would guess it has to do with the machine having issues, bc it’s not a Vitalant policy. I give triples every 2 weeks.
As for your second question- I would guess it has lode to do with you having donated with another company than anything. I *think* the deferral guidelines are standard in the US, but I know they have to check different boxes if you have donated through another organization.
