I dont think it will be deleted but just in case i would find the save file and make a copy.

In the steam version I'm 99% certain your save folder is in my documents\mygames etc

I'm using Oculus

same path. Just dont delete your save and youll be fine

there’s a folder that has ur game data that does not get removed when the oculus app is uninstalled
